Coba Ruins

This was an awesome excursion during a trip my partner and I took to Playa del Carmen on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. There are extensive ruins surrounded by jungle. You can walk, bike, or take a rickshaw around the ruins. We opted to rent bikes and had fun exploring. The biggest pyramid is the real attraction but it was cool to get a more intimate experience withthe smaller ruins. Afterward we visited a nearby cenote, a cave filled with fresh clear water, shown by the last two pictures.
